All orders will be confirmed with an order acknowledgment that will be faxed or emailed depending upon your preference. Upon receipt of the order acknowledgment, our sales team should be contacted immediately with any discrepancies.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

BORN-BRANDS International shall use its best endeavours to meet any delivery date specified but any date given by BORN-BRANDS International is intended as an estimate only. Delivery surcharges will apply for specific orders, direct third party addresses and order errors.

 

UK Mainland Zone 1: (Excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) orders over £250 net of VAT – CARRIAGE FREE, orders under £250 net of VAT – subject to £10 carriage charge, single item orders charged at £7.50 standard delivery or £9.00 for next day (excluding Saturdays).

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: Goods will be dispatched on an ex works basis.

 

Goods will be dispatched with a carrier that requires a signature and MUST be checked thoroughly before the driver leaves the premises. Any damages to a product or packaging must be recorded on the driver’s delivery sheet next to the receiver’s signature. BORN-BRANDS International will not be held responsible for any damages not indicated on the driver’s sheet. To ensure maximum satisfaction with a delivery, it is good practice to sign all unchecked items received with the word ‘unchecked’ alongside the receiver’s signature before the driver leaves the premises. We reserve the right to alter delivery charges & specifications without prior notice. All queries on deliveries received from BORN-BRANDS International MUST be notified within 3 working days on receipt of the goods.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

BORN-BRANDS International is a trade only organisation and requires a trade application to be completed before any initial order can be placed and dispatched. The Initial order must be paid for in full before dispatch, even if a 30 day credit account has been applied for. All major credit cards and debit cards can be used for initial order payments. Goods remain property of BORN-BRANDS International until payment is received in full.

 

Trading terms are ‘STRICTLY 30 DAYS’ end of month following. ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN (£) POUNDS STERLING EXCLUDING VAT. Title of goods remains with BORN-BRANDS International until paid for in full. All short deliveries must be reported within 3 days of delivery. All orders taken subject to availability. Terms 30 days EOM. Overdue invoices shall be charged interest at 8% over base rate.

 

GENERAL

Any descriptions or illustrations in the BORN-BRANDS International brochures, price lists, other marketing and advertising materials are intended merely to represent a general ideal of the goods and packaging. Any orders from promotional practices by BORN-BRANDS International such as monthly offers, email promotions etc. should be quoted when ordering to receive the promoted prices and quantities.

BORN-BRANDS INTERNATIONAL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All faulty items, requests for credit, short deliveries MUST be processed through the credit control department.

ONLY GOODS PURCHASED WITHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR CREDIT.

Any discrepancies must be faxed or emailed over for the attention of credit control who will endeavour to process the query within 24 hours. All requests for credit must include a digital image and full description of the fault and emailed in the first instance to creditcontrol@born-brands.co.uk. No goods can be collected by a sales representative, disposed of or sent back to BORN-BRANDS International without prior approval from credit control. Goods returned to BORN-BRANDS International without the official paperwork will be refused. All queries on invoices and products received from BORN-BRANDS International MUST be notified within 3 working days on receipt of the goods.
